You should use our services to maximize your insurance benefits, relieve yourself of stress and free up your time.

 

2. Who are your clients?

Our clients are individuals, busy families, seniors, children with aging parents, employers, estate & trust officers, conservators, fiduciaries, guardians, attorneys, CPA’s and family offices.

 

3. How do you charge for your services?

We charge an hourly rate plus out-of-pocket expenses.

 

4. How do I get started?

If you have any questions or would like help with your medical claims, either call 203-655-1800 or e-mail us at info@medicalbilladvocate.com. We will let you know if we can help. If you choose to use our services, we will collect some information and send you release forms that authorize your providers and insurance companies to work with us on your behalf. Then you send us your paperwork and we will take care of submitting and following up on your claims. Benefits will go either to you or your provider, depending upon whether your provider is in or out of network.

 

5. Can you help me select a Medicare Part D plan?

Yes. Go to the Forms tab and download the 2012 Medicare Part D Drug Worksheet. Complete the form and either mail it to us at the address indicated on the form or fax it to us at 203-655-1806. Be sure to include your contact information.
